Claremont Clinic Patient Participation Group (PPG) was establihed in 2013. Our PPG consists of practice staff and patients who are representative of the practice population.
The main aim of the PPG is to ensure that patients are involved in decisions about the range and quality of services provided and, over time, commissioned by the practice.
Using the PPG, we encourage the proactive engagement of our patients and to seek views from practice patients through the use of local practice surveys and meetings. The practice holds meetings every 2-3 months and meeting minutes will be made available on this page when ready.
It serves as a form of communication between a group of patient-volunteers and the practice.
Our practice PPG Coordinator is our Social Prescriber, Chanel Radford. She is available to answer any queries about the PPG and can be contacted via the practice reception by calling 020 8522 0222.

The next PPG meeting date is scheduled for Monday 22nd April 2024 at 4pm to 5pm.
